Cameron said to look for houses listed at 80% of the average $/sf or less. this makes it really easy to figure it out so you don't have to use a calculator a hundred times.

Go to FSBO sites or MLS sites and you can search quickly.

example: if you are searching for houses that are 80/sf or less you can find sites that you can search for houses of "Mininmum of 1,250 sf" and a "Maximum of $100,000"

that will list all houses in the 100k range that are $80/sf or less.

this will save you calling a million suspects. now you'll only have to call a half million.
