I am offering 51,800 on 2 houses with 102,000 ARV today if the realtor calls me back.

keith and i have decided to start the yellow letters. Working with realtors is a pain in the ass. plus, it seems like it is harder to get deals since everyone knows about them already. That's what an investor told me who i talked to.
