two more offers

Just put an offer on another house. arv 130k, i offered 53k plus closing costs. its a 3/2/2 preforclosure 1150 sqft, and it only needs carpet and minor landscaping. Im going to another house today, arv 190k, im offering 113k plus closing costs. all preforclosures, hopefully ill get word back soon. I have also been talking to investors over the phone, some do wholesales and have pretty good deals to offer.

are you planning on coming up with the cash or are you going to assign the contract?

well, banks wont accept assignable contracts, the only option is a double closing, unless i can come up with the cash, which i cant.
